To purchase clothes or fashion accessories, click on the "buy" button near the desired item.  Choose the required size, colour and the quantity required.  Choose the checkout button to move the items to the shopping cart.  Enter your delivery/shipping, and credit card details. The final page of the process is the order review page, where you should check all the details to ensure everything is entered correctly. After you have confirmed the order, we will process it.

SSL Security  Your transactions are carried out over a secure network. Your credit/debit card transactions are checked and verified by Nochex or Paypal. Your credit card number is encrypted by state of the art software as soon as you key it in. No credit card numbers are stored on this site.

Data Capture  of your address and email  data are used solely for the purpose of  despatching your  orders.  This data is not shared with any other companies/organisations.

Payments  can be made  conventionally,  using - Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Electron etc., credit or debit card.  Alternately, you can pay using Nochex, Paypal or Moneybookers, or even by TT if a prior arrangement has been made.  If you want to pay for your purchases by cheque just email us.

Deliveries  are despatched to you using our Standard or Special Delivery services.

Incorrect Items relate to products that  you did not order.  Let us know by email within 48 hours of this error. Return the item unused, for a replacement or refund. 

A Returns procedure is in place to ensure that all customers receive replacement goods or refunds when it is necessary. Returns will only be accepted and processed if the following procedure is adhered to;

Notify us immediately by email, quoting the order number and other relevant details.   Please return fashion accessories or clothes  in the original packaging if at all possible. The postage will be refunded, only if the item was delivered in error.  For reasons of hygiene, soiled or worn goods cannot be replaced.
